Juan de la Cruz Recognized by Prado Museum for His Traditional Clothing Research

Juan de la Cruz, the esteemed researcher from the Museum of History and Anthropology of Tenerife (MHAT), is set to participate in an international conference at the Museo Nacional del Prado in Madrid. The specialist will deliver a presentation titled A Sample of Silk Fabrics, Ribbons and Trimmings from the 18th Century Made in Tenerife during this symposium, which explores fashion in Spain during the Age of Enlightenment, along with its impact on society, art, economy, and industry of that era. The event will take place on 18, 19, and 20 September.
