The front door opens into the sitting room which features a wood burning stove, a sofa, two armchairs and a Smart television, plus games and books to keep you entertained. Behind this is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with seating for four guests. The rear door leads to a small courtyard garden with seating for four, and a small external utility area offers a washing machine and a downstairs toilet.
Upstairs, a double bedroom overlooks the High Street, while a peaceful rear bedroom with twin beds overlooks the garden. A fully equipped bathroom completes the property. The cottage opens onto the High Street, just moments from the dining option of the Brudenell Hotel, or a walk along the beach, and boat watching along the Alde River Estuary. There is no reserved on road parking in front of the cottage. Please be aware the time allowance is restricted to two hours between 9am and 6pm.
The property is an old fishermen's cottage dating back to 1875, and as such it has been much-altered over time resulting in very uneven and changeable floor surfaces, and low ceilings.
