This characterful period property has been furnished to a very high standard, combining many original features with the comforts of modern living. Manor Farm is perfect for enjoying family nights in or as a starting base to explore The Cotswolds. The area is popular for walks of all abilities and with the property located at the foot of Bredon Hill, you can enjoy wonderful countryside walks from the moment you step outside. If you would prefer to stay closer to home the private garden is beautifully landscaped with a seating area, barbecue and fantastic rural views.
Classical and elegant, the farmhouse has been carefully thought out with a warm and inviting atmosphere. On the ground floor you can make use of two cosy sittings rooms featuring original beams, a separate dining room and a well-equipped farmhouse kitchen. Manor Farm boasts an AGA, underfloor heating and three wood burning stoves making this a perfect, cosy retreat at any time of the year. All five bedrooms feature a 6’ super-king size zip and link bed, which can be converted to 3’ singles on request. Four bedrooms can be found on the first floor, while the fifth bedroom is located up a steep staircase to the second floor attic and benefits from stunning countryside views and plenty of original quirks including low beams and uneven floors.
This luxury holiday home is perfectly positioned for exploring the The Cotswolds and the countryside of Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. There are a host of attractions within a short drive including historic houses, gardens, museums and animal parks. The picturesque Cotswold towns and villages are not to be missed with their honey coloured cottages, boutiques, antiques shops, cafes and restaurants.

The AGA is in the main kitchen which the owners can turn on before arrival by prior arrangement. During the summer months it is kept on a low heat only.
