Built in 1860, this elegant Victorian holiday house is well positioned within the popular and pretty village of Bonchurch which is located in the South of the Isle of Wight, within an area known for its micro-climate, natural beauty and abundant flora and fauna.
The spacious accommodation includes a comfortable sitting room, a separate dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a laundry area and cloakroom. On the first floor are two twin bedrooms and a large double bedroom, and on the second floor is a spacious double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. Outside of the property is a small courtyard garden with a table and chairs for enjoying an alfresco meal.
The nearest beach is only a short stroll away, and with the sea on your left, you can walk along the sea wall to the seaside town of Ventnor with its cafes, shops and pubs. There is plenty to see and do when on the Isle of Wight, and whether you are looking to swim or sunbathe, play golf, enjoy horse riding, walking or cycling; there are opportunities for all. The island is perfect for both adventure seekers and those looking for a chance to unwind and relax, and Orchard Leigh Grange is the ideal base for your holiday home.

Orchard Grange Cottage is the second smallest of three holiday homes, sharing its location alongside Orchard Leigh Villa and the adjacent Orchard Leigh Cottage which in total can accommodate up to 22 guests.
