Tidelines is a contemporary ground-floor apartment featuring two bedrooms, situated on the scenic Pentire Headland, just west of the vibrant Newquay town centre and a short stroll from Fistral Beach.
Stepping into this charming holiday home, the modern and beautifully furnished open-plan living area welcomes you. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities, including an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and a Quooker tap that provides hot/cold and boiling water at your convenience. A stylish kitchen island adds the finishing touch to the space, offering a breakfast bar with additional seating for three guests. The dining area provides a comfortable setting for up to four guests, while the sitting area boasts two plush sofas and two additional armchairs for your comfort. This space features a Smart television, an Amazon Echo Dot Smart Speaker and glimpses of the beautiful Fistral beach.
Retreating down the hallway, you are greeted with two well-furnished and cosy bedrooms. Within the main bedroom, you'll find a comfortable king-size bed that can be conveniently transformed into twin single beds upon request and a modern en-suite bathroom. Adjacent, you'll find the second bedroom, furnished with a plush double bed. Both bedrooms offer access to the outdoor decked area, allowing you to savour your morning coffee whilst appreciating the sound of the crashing sea beyond. The property features a family shower room equipped with a walk-in shower cubicle, a wash basin, and a WC. Additionally, you'll find a convenient utility room that offers a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and ironing facilities.
The open-plan living area opens up to the spacious rear decked area. Furnished with garden furniture and seating for four guests, this outdoor area creates the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the fresh Cornish air whilst enjoying the sea glimpses beyond.
On one side of the Pentire Headland, you will be captivated by the Gannel Estuary, recognised as an area of outstanding natural beauty. On the opposite side, there's access to stunning beaches and thrilling watersport activities. Tidelines is situated within close proximity to an array of restaurants, picturesque beaches, and a golf course. This stunning retreat presents an ideal getaway to fully embrace all that Cornwall has to offer.
