As you enter the property on the ground floor and step through to the sitting area, wonderful vaulted, beamed ceilings provide a spacious feel and the two sofas invite you to relax and unwind. Completing this floor, a handy cloakroom and utility room provide added convenience. Heading up to the first floor, the reverse design of this property positions the mezzanine kitchen and dining area overlooking the sitting room below, enhancing the sense of openness. The kitchen boasts modern amenities including an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, and dishwasher, while the dining area comfortably accommodates four, creating an ideal setting for memorable meals with loved ones.
Descending to the lower ground floor, discover the generously sized bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a super-king-sized bed and an en-suite shower room for added convenience. A welcome pack of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk, salt & pepper, oil, fudge, shortbread, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, kitchen roll, dishwasher tabs, fairy liquid, scourer and wash cloth will be provided on your arrival.
A dog welcome pack including a tennis ball, dog treats, a tag for collar and poo bags are provided for your dog's stay.
The property is on communal grounds.
Please note: All the facilities at The Valley are closed for two weeks in November and the month of January.
